Will Jorah and Samuel Tarly Meet Again

If you thought final week's Stark reunion was a big deal, Game of Thrones' "Eastwatch" episode was probably a lot to take in. Flavour 7 Episode 5 delivered a handful of unexpected reunions, run-ins and first-time meetings. Though it's exciting to see two (or more) familiar faces in the same scene, it doesn't hurt to be reminded of how they got there.

Here's everything you need to know about the surprising encounters in GoT's latest episode.

REUNIONS

Jorah Mormont and Daenerys Targaryen

How they know each other: Jorah has served Daenerys since Season 1.

Where they meet once more: Dragonstone

Afterwards fleeing the North (more on that later), Jorah swears his loyalty to Daenerys Targaryen, who was besides exiled to Essos. In Sunday night'south reunion, Tyrion gave Jorah an old coin from when they were sold as slaves as a nostalgic parting gift.

Jaime Lannister and Tyrion Lannister

How they know each other: They're brothers (plainly).
