Class EVALUATIONS

Unattended Children Policy

The Delaware County Cultural Arts Center (The Arts Castle) is an institution where all patrons can engage in artistic activities safely. Membership

Save on your classes and become a member!

Registration

Registration for classes is on a beginning-come, starting time-served ground. Class Cancellations

Early registration helps ensure that classes will run. Registration continues until classes are filled or the registration deadline passes. We may accept registrations later the published deadline for classes that have met our minimum registration requirements. The Arts Castle reserves the right to cancel classes if the demand arises; you will be notified if your class must be canceled.

In the event The Art Castle is required to close due to local or land regulations, a prorated refund will exist given. If a class is canceled due to weather or instructor illness, students will be notified as to the 24-hour interval and fourth dimension of the brand-up class. If a student is unable to attend the rescheduled class, the educatee will forfeit the instructional time. Refunds for re-scheduled classes will non be given.

Student Piece of work

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for students who qualify, based on financial need or artistic aptitude. Applications are available at The Arts Castle or online. Scholarship deadlines are 2 weeks prior to the registration deadline.

Refund Policy

For cancellations up to the close of business on the registration deadline, a $10 processing fee is retained. A refund of 50% of the course fee will be given if a student withdraws earlier ii business days prior to the first 24-hour interval of the course. Due to contractual obligations, The Arts Castle volition be unable to refund grade fees afterward this time. Fees may not be carried over to the next season. Class credit will not be given.
